Palm Harbor MRI

This MRI facility is a well put together place to have your imaging . The front desk girl and the MRI tech are professional, so nice . I was pleased to meet them today , had a very nice experience. Unfortunately I was not well enough to get my MRI today because I do not feel well at this time and I am on medication so I will have to save the test for a later date. I was able to go back to the machine and meet all of the staff I just wasn't feeling well by the time I went into the machine. The MRI machine looks very high tech the staff was amazing and great to me and I am very appreciative of all of their time that I spent with them. I highly recommend this MRI facility to anyone that is in need of good care and imaging with a amazing staff.I even loved the customers I met today , it just was my place to be there today. Fast in and out. The staff was polite and professional. I actually paid cash for my x-rays, and the cost was very reasonable. The facility was also clean, had a restroom, and parking was easy. You'll need an appointment scheduled in advance though, no walk-ins. Enlarge the picture of the building to see which suite to enter based on the type of service.

I came in for an MRI from a workplace injury. I didn't consider myself claustrophobic, but it turns out I may be. First of all,right when I came in, I noticed how beautiful and clean and bright the office was. It was still decorated with these amazing Christmas gnomes! The administrative staff that did my intake were amazing! Ashley and Christie and the team are sweet and professional and a great introduction to preparing for the rest of my visit. Teresa took me back and she was so kind and patient with me and answered all of my questions without making me feel like I was being rushed. I did have a little nervousness connected to the first MRI machine I was being prepped for and the team graciously moved me into the more comfortable one with no problem at all. I am highly recommending this office and the awesome staff for all of your imaging needs. Thank you again, Palm harbor MRI!

MRI Associates is a great facility. They get you right in and out without compromising customer service. They offer a wide variety of appointment times to include evenings & weekends. I would like recognize Ashley at the front desk. She was fantastic and super helpful. She went above and beyond. I hope your management team recognizes you in some way. I would very highly recommend this facility.

This place is terrible all they care about is money they don't care about patients or giving them the necessary Imaging. Went there with a script from my doctor for an urgent CAT scan for my lungs they gave me such a problem with a script that would have been covered Through My Humana Insurance but they gave me such a trouble because they didn't have the pre-authorization number yet and told me I needed to pay cash out of pocket. I went to guidewell Urgent Care on Curlew Road and 19 with my doctor script they did it no problem! They also lied to my doctor several times and lied to me about not receiving the right documents Etc. This is the second time I've had a problem with them about money and financing I went here after a car accident and gave them my insurance card and insurance covered my first Imaging I went back a second time and told them I was in a car accident and they refused to Bill my insurance they were waiting till I got a settlement so they can get paid $1,500 out of that rather than accept my insurance and the contracted rate. They continually lied to me and told me five times that they submitted my claim to Humana and Humana keeps losing it which they didn't they were kept lying to me because they did not want to accept the contracted rate. I threatened to sue them in small claims court and they accepted a settlement that I offered. I should have known better than to try to go back to them I will never use them again and I will bad-mouth them to everyone I know! GREEDY MEDICAL PRACTICE!
